Accessing Core+ Platform and Support Requests
Core+ Platform
Each of you have now heard about Core+ and hopefully have seen and experienced our new Speak Up Hotline platform. We are working with each of our clients to enhance the user experience and look forward to hearing from you regarding your experiences as you navigate the platform and respond to reports. As the beneficiaries of this platform, we welcome your ideas and feedback on the improvements you would like to see.
The platform also has User Guides available, located within the platform on the left-hand side of the screen. Please use these as a quick reference guide to assist in submitting a report for your employees and for managing reports on the platform.
This new platform has some key features that you may not have experienced before so if you are unsure, please feel free to ask.

If you are a Core+ or Corethix user, you have access to our dedicated support inbox to help with issues that may arise with the software.
