Empowering Leadership: A Case Study in Fraud Prevention and Policy Awareness

Where we started

A global car manufacturer wanted to improve and enhance the knowledge and capabilities of their senior managers and people leaders to understand and recognise fraud, conflicts of interest and breaches of policy within their organisation.

What we did

Using the internal policies and procedures of the organisation, together with benchmarking data, Core Integrity created a bespoke 2-hour training program. The training program has been rolled out nationally, with in-person training occurring in four states, to educate and inform staff about the practical elements of the organisations policies, including providing national statistics on speaking up, fraud indicators, and case study discussions to ingrain understanding.

The result

This program is provided every two years to this client with senior leaders and people managers filtering what they have learned to their staff to provide awareness and understanding to all employees within the organisation. This interactive training enables staff to engage and ask questions relevant to what they have experienced to discuss real world examples of what they have seen or may see going forward.
