This ebook provides Eligible Recipients with a guide on how to manage protected disclosures and a handy checklist to use for any reports you receive. 

Eligible Recipients are charged with the responsibility of receiving reports of wrongdoing and misconduct (disclosable conduct) from eligible whistleblowers. 

When doing so, they are expected to uphold the provisions of the whistleblower legislation contained in the Corporations Act 2001 (Part 9.4AAA). They are responsible to protect the whistleblower‘s identity from becoming known, and the whistleblower from being victimised as a result of making a disclosure of reportable conduct. 

The guide outlines the steps that Eligible Recipients should follow to meet their obligations under the legislation and apply best practice to protect the person reporting misconduct.
