New option to make survey responses anonymous

You have asked and we have listened! Lots of our existing clients have been asking for the ability to utilise our Survey module and have survey responses made anonymous. We are now excited to announce that we have released this feature.

Now when you create a new survey, you have the option of selecting to have survey responses either linked to a user or show as anonymous.

This means that the results of the survey are still collated and can be reviewed, but that there is no way to identify each user’s responses to the survey.

It can be optionally selected when editing a survey and can be selected either in build mode, running or finished.

These updates will be initiated over the coming days so look out for them when you are next in the platform. As always, our online training manuals will have these new updates incorporated at the time of the release.
